Study Overview: Location: Eatontown, NJ Age Range: 22-60 Sex: Male/Female Stipend: Up to $2,350 with $80 travel reimbursement (with receipts) Study Summary: Clinilabs is now enrolling adults with high blood pressure for a research study to collect vital sign data such as heart rate and blood pressure. There is no cost to participate. Those who qualify will receive up to $2,350 in compensation plus reimbursement for travel. We encourage you to review the participation requirements listed below. Study Qualifications: • Between the ages of 22-60 • In generally good health with diagnosed high blood pressure (hypertension) Able and willing to: • Attend visits in Eatontown, NJ • Complete one screening visit, three study visits, and three phone calls • Wear a smartwatch • Have an arterial line (A-Line) placed in the arm during each study visit while the study staff monitors your blood pressure • For more information: Arterial Lines • Participate in on-site pre-qualification testing, including, but not limited to, ECG, and urinalysis Most participants will be asked to complete 1 Screening Visit, 3 A-Line Visits, and 3 Follow-Up Phone Calls. The first study visit will likely be completed on the same day as your screening visit, but may be rescheduled to a different day if needed. Participants may receive compensation of up to $2,350 for their time and participation. Compensation will be based on the number of visits you complete. • $75 – Screening Visit • $625 – Invasive A-Line Study Visits • $50 – Follow-Up Phone Calls (after each invasive study visit) • $250 – Completion Bonus (for completing 2 invasive study visits and 2 phone calls) Travel reimbursement OR travel accommodations are available for eligible candidates. Reimbursement up to $80 per visit, with receipts. Please note: If you opt in for transportation through our vendor, you will not be compensated for travel reimbursement.
