Starting Jan 1: Seeking one responsible, quiet roommate, for one room (unfurnished or lightly furnished). The house is a 3-bed, 2-bath furnished townhouse off Government Road. $1100/month, including utilities and internet. Deposit is $550. I have a long-term lease, and am patient to find a roommate that is an excellent fit for my family and work situation. (Hoping for long-term.) Tenants: Im a 40ish professor at SFU, working mostly at home. My 9-year old daughter has one room, and is present 50% of the time. We are generally low drama and want to keep it that way. We have two friendly indoor cats that will try to cuddle you. The room: 10 ft x 9.5 ft, mostly unfurnished (some light furnishing available), with closet and view of green space. Nice and quiet. Shared bathrooms. The room is for just one person, no shares. The house: two floors, shared kitchen and living area. Quiet, family-oriented complex. Right on the green space -- one can walk to all the trails. Some storage space in garage and crawlspace. One parking space is potentially available. Please message for more details.
