I built this guitar from a Leo Jaymz painted guitar kit from Amazon. My daughter wanted it but now she wants to only play acoustic. For a kit that cost around $110 this is a great deal. The body and the neck are just wonderful and are easily worth the $110 paid for the kit. Perfect neck with no sharp edges. Even before it arrived i had bought a loaded pickguard with Alnico 5 pickups that gets wonderful reviews, a set of Grover self locking tuners and a genuine Fender bridge. $60 for the pickguard, $60 for the tuners and $28 for the Fender bridge. In this sale I am including the old bridge which is perfectly fine and the old loaded pickguard which I have to be honest, I never even plugged in. All I know about them is that are S S S. I honestly can say that this is a very nice neck and body, nothing cheap here and I dont know how they do it. Add in the upgraded tuners, loaded pickguard and bridge and this is a great deal for anybody. When I put the string trees on I did strip the screws but that is pretty minor. It probably would benefit from a setup because I did the best I could but I am no luthier. This guitar is leaps and bounds above any Squier or cheap guitar that you may find at a garage sale for the same price. Thanks for looking.
