Must provide assurance you can row a dinghy and swim in an emergency. Boats at anchor you MUST use a small boat/dinghy. poo and pee rules (must be legally discarded). This is legally not called rental or rent, very important. Legally called bareboat charter livaboard. Priority to those lived on boat or the adventurer. Free street parking. Boats stay at anchor during live aboard 150 yards from beach at gettler park. Great way to save money while getting some exercise. NOT luxurious or pretty. All self contained with batteries and solar. no bills other than monthly rate. For internet use the hotspot with carrier and to conserve power we use laptop or tablet for a tv.
